Being owner’s first ever home, this unit emphasizes coziness, functionality, and easy maintenance. The interior design is based on a Scandinavian theme, with a touch of modern flair.

The clients wanted a spacious kitchen counter for baking and a designated pantry area for storing tea bags and other goods. To enhance convenience, the design includes separate entrance and pantry cabinets, as well as a clean, spacious kitchen with ample storage. A walk-in wardrobe was also a must-have for the client.

In the living room, an arch feature was added to elevate the space. Positioning a six-seater dining table beside the arch feature, along with shelving, creates a cozy and inviting area.
