This ambitious project set out to breathe new life into a 20-year-old dilapidated house, focusing particularly on transforming the outdated and cramped kitchen. Originally, the kitchen was a confined space, leaving little room for movement and offering limited functionality. Recognizing the need for a more open and efficient layout, the designer envisioned a major overhaul.

 

To achieve this, the kitchen was expanded by incorporating a sliding open door adjacent to the entryway of the dining room, effectively creating a more fluid connection between the two spaces. The renovation didn't stop there—the kitchen was further extended all the way to the service yard. This expansion not only provided additional workspace and storage but also introduced more natural light, turning the once cramped kitchen into a bright, airy, and highly functional hub of the home. The result is a kitchen that seamlessly blends modern design with practical usability, setting the tone for the rest of the house's transformation.

 

Living & dining area. The living area of this transformed home is a true testament to the harmonious blend of comfort and modern sophistication. Once a dated and uninspired space, it has been reimagined into a serene retreat, perfect for both relaxation and entertainment.
